Terms and Conditions

Check-in & Check-out

• arrival between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm
• departure by 09.00 am

Minimum stay

• 7 nights in the months of June, July and August
  (with arrival and departure on Saturday)
• 4 nights in the rest of the season (with flexible arrival).

Cancellation policies

• from 29 to 15 days before arrival, the Customer pays a penalty equal to 50% of the price,
• from 14 to 7 days before arrival, the Customer pays a penalty equal to 70% of the price,
• from 6 to 0 days, the Customer pays a penalty equal to 90% of the price.

Payment

• 50% deposit at the time of booking, balance before check-in.
• Security deposit 1,000.00 euros with pre-authorization on credit card.
