Our concierges are skilled coordinators, passionate about their region, who can give calibrated advice on restaurants, activities, guiding guests on experiences crafted to their personal preferences. They can operate as butlers, personal assistants and remote help. Recommended as an on-site figure for high profile clients.

Daily Food Delivery
We offer two types of pre arrival grocery; the first, the Welcome Standard Grocery, is aimed at groups who desire ingredients for initial home cooking, this has a fixed cost of €250, calculated on up to 4 guests and can be doubled or tripled, yet not modified. With this we offer a selected choice of grocery with two different types of Bread; Cereals; Jam and Chocolate spread; Milk, Yogurt & Butter; Tea; Biscuits; Orange and Grapefruit Juice; Fresh organic Eggs; Local Cold Cuts like prosciutto, Cotto and Crudo, Smoked Salmon, Farmers Cheese; Pasta and a selection of Regional Sauces; Fresh seasonal Fruit and Vegetables from local markets; Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil; Aromas, Herbs and Spices; Still & Sparkling Glass bottled Mineral Water (6 bottles each). The Delivery, or service of fulfilling the guest’s shopping requests, delivering it to the villa, and arranging it in the pantry and fridge requires three hours of assistance from our dedicated staff, VAT 22% is extra.
Home Chef
The Personal Chef week-long request is the perfect service for individual events and extended stays in private villas, yachts and chalets. We will offer you a wide selection of proposals and experiences, designed exclusively for you. Our menu proposal, designed to satisfy your every request, will range from typical Tuscan cuisine to traditional Italian cuisine, dishes that will reach their maximum expression through contemporary and gourmet cuisine. You can choose from our proposals or create a tailor made menu.

Our chefs create delightful dining experiences tailored to your preferences and dietary choices.
Our rate includes all culinary services and tailor-made meals, with a specific number of service hours

› 4 hours per lunch or dinner
› 8 hours per day all including provisioning, storage, equipment, actual kitchen service, clearing and kitchen cleaning.
Each meal is served in a standard shift.
Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 am.

TUSCAN COOKING CLASS
Our cooking class is a chance to discover the secrets of its delicious cuisine and to bring a piece of Italy back home. It’s a journey for the senses, a chance to learn, to taste, to savour, and to remember. The region is a gastronomical paradise. Known for its abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, and meats, it is a place where food is not just sustenance, but an art form. A cooking class is an opportunity to immerse oneself in the local culture, to learn about the history and traditions of Italy.

Pic-nic Among the wineyards
We offer you a Pic-Nic under the shade of the classic Tuscan olive vineyards in front of the villa. A fun and informal experience, to enjoy moments with family or friends, combined with a proposal of fun and delicious recipes. You will abandon yourself under the blue of the sky, in contact with nature, savoring the genuine Tuscan cuisine, accompanied by the unique red wine Fortunio produced in the farmhouse.
Brunch by the pool
A proposal with sweet and savory finger food, homemade cakes and pies and a beverage corner with wine, prosecco, freshly squeezed juices and freshly made centrifuges.
All served by the pool, so you can relax and enjoy a delicious brunch.
The service is also available for an aperitif.
